RETREATS AROUND THE WORLD
If you want to organize a Retreat in one of the countries I’m visiting, I’d be very happy to help you find the right place, visit the space, negotiate locally, advise you the tours you should do with your group and everything else that is necessary.
With a degree in Public Relations, 10 years of events experience in the biggest Portuguese bank, and traveling around the world for the last 9 years, I am the right person to give you a hand.
And if you need a Yoga Teacher or an Ayurveda Therapist at your retreat, and I’m still in the country, I can stay and participate in your Retreat.

I met Liza in Nicaragua where we were able to connect and engage in a few sunrise yoga sessions. Not only did I find Liza’s yoga class to be one of the best that I’ve ever done but the way she teaches and approaches the class really resonated with me. She focuses on waking up the body, doing things slowly and mindfully to ensure our breathing and technique is the best it can be instead of pushing ourselves too far with the challenging poses. I left the class feeling inspired and encouraged my friends to come to the next class.
